On February 4th, 2018 the Cumberland Police Department served a criminal summons on Patrick Kenneth Conners Jr.
The summons served stemmed from an assault investigation that occurred on January 24th, 2018 in the 800 block of Columbia Avenue.
Conners was released after the summons service pending trial in District Court.

2 counts of assault 2nd degree
Arrest Warrant Served
On February 5th, 2018 the Cumberland Police Department served an arrest warrant on Andrew Robert Gentry. The warrant service stemmed from Gentry failing to appear for District Court on 08/21/2017. Gentry was placed under arrested and transported to the station for processing.
As a result of his initial appearance, Gentry was held at the Allegany County Detention Center on a $1,000.00 bond.
