Cumberland Police Serve Three

On Saturday, Cumberland Police served bench warrants on two people charged with failing to appear for trial. 35 year old Jamie Doonis and 23 year old Hope Schell both missed their cases on Thursday on traffic related charges. Doonis was released on a $2000 unsecured bond, while Schell was released on her own recognizance.

 

A Cumberland man is free pending trial after being accused by another resident with breaking the law. 36 year old Roger Darr was the subject of charges applied for in District Court. The Criminal Summons was served by Cumberland City Police, and charges Darr with Malicious Destruction of Property and Theft of less than $100 in value.
