Bench Warrant Served
On December 23, 2015 the Cumberland Police Department arrested Kari Ann Donaldson on a bench warrant. The warrant stems from Donaldson failing to appear for court on December 01, 2015. Donaldson was served with the warrant then taken to District Court for her initial appearance. Donaldson was released on her personal recognizance.

Bench Warrant Served
On December 23, 2015 the Cumberland Police Department arrested Nicholas Scott Price on a bench warrant. The warrant stems from Price failing to follow the conditions of his probation. Price was served with the warrant then taken to District Court for his initial appearance. Price was held at the Allegany County Detention Center on $10,000.00.

Charges:
Bench warrant served for failing to follow the conditions of probation.

Arrest Warrant Served
On December 23, 2015 the Cumberland Police Department arrested Robert Earl Dorbert on an arrest warrant. The warrant stems from Dorbert violating the conditions of a court order of protection. Charges were applied for by a private citizen at District Court which resulted in the warrant being issued. Dorbert was served with the warrant and was taken to District Court for his initial appearance and was held on $2,500.00.
