On Monday, December 17th, 2018 the Cumberland Police Department served a criminal summons on Jakela Tonice Watkins for assault. The summons was issued by District Court when application was made by a complainant alleging that Watkins assaulted a male at a Maryland Avenue residence on December 3rd, 2018. Watkins signed and received copies of the charging documents and was released pending trial.

Criminal Summons Served
On Monday, December 17th, 2018 the Cumberland Police Department served a criminal summons on Charles Vernon George for assault and destruction of property. The summons was issued by District Court when application was made by the complainant alleging that George slapped her and destroyed her I-Phone on December 9th, 2018 on Williams Street. George signed and received his copies of the charging documents and was released pending trial.
