Cumberland Police Serves Bench Warrants

Officers from the Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant on K’Shaun Milik Powell for failing to appear in District Court.  Powell was scheduled for trial on a driving suspended charge on October 12th, 2018.  Powell was processed and taken before the District Court Commissioner where he was released pending trial.

Officers from the Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant on Tammy Lynn Lou Booth for violation of probation.  Booth was originally found guilty of disorderly conduct in District Court on June 4th, 2018.  Her probation was violated on October 10th, 2018 for a violating condition set during her previous conviction.  Booth was taken before the District Court Commissioner and was held on a $2,000.00 bond.
