Despite early concerns that city street conditions may suffer due to the combination of snow and frigid temperatures, it's so far, so good for the city of Cumberland. This is city administrator Jeff Rhodes who says there are continuing concerns for potential potholes and water main breaks due to the effects of the latests arctic blast.
