On Wednesday, March 28th, 2018 the Cumberland City Police were investigating a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of N. Centre Street and Queen City Drive when a passenger started to create a disturbance distracting officers from their investigation. Patricia R. Grahame was a passenger in the vehicle which was suspected as being at fault in the collision. She was warned by officers several times to stop her disruptive behavior and was eventually arrested because she refused to do so. She was taken to the Cumberland Police Department and later issued citations and released pending trial.

Charges: Disorderly conduct, failure to obey a lawful order.
Cited and released.
