On Friday, the Cumberland Police Department served bench warrant on Tabitha Ann Yonker. The warrant was issued by District Court for failing to appear for trial on December 4th, 2020 for a CDS charge. She was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center held without bond.

Warrant Served
Also Friday, the Cumberland Police Department served an arrest warrant on Joslyn Jeree Allen. The warrant was issued by District Court in reference to an application that was submitted alleging that she harassed the complainant and violated a protective order. Allen was charged with 6 counts of violating a protective order, harassment, and telephone misuse. She was taken before the District Court Commissioner and was released on her own personal recognizance pending trial.
