On Friday, March 24, 2017 at approximately 12:20 AM, the Cumberland Police Department responded to a Maryland Avenue business in reference to a shoplifting complaint. The store had reported that the suspect had left the store without paying for a hat. Officers located the suspect, Holly Healy, on Maryland Avenue at Williams Street. Healy had the described hat in her possession. The hat was returned to the store. Healy was arrested and searched. Healy was found to be in possession of controlled dangerous substances (prescription drugs). Healy was transported to the police station and processed. She was taken before the District Court Commissioner where she was released on her personal recognizance pending trial.

CHARGES: Theft less than $100, CDS: Possess-Not Marijuana (x2)
