The Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant Saturday on 35 year old Amber Lynn Warner, of Cumberland.
The warrant stems from Warner failing to appear in District Court on an original charge of trespassing.
Warner was taken for an initial appearance at District Court where she was held on $1,000 bond pending her next court appearance.
