On Saturday, the Cumberland City Police served six Arrest Warrants on Heather Hamilton, age 27, Cumberland, MD. Hamilton was served with the Warrants and taken to District Court for her Initial Appearance.
The warrants stemmed from several different incidents and her Failing to Appear (FTA) in District Court. Hamilton was held on the Bonds of $10,000, $7,500, $5,000, $10,000, and $10,000 on Failing to Appear on multiple Theft cases.
She was also held on $20,000 bond for Failing to Appearing in District Court on a case involving Controlled Dangerous Substance (CDS) possession paraphernalia, CDS administering equipment possession, traffic offenses, and attempt by driver to elude uniformed police by fleeing on foot.
