After years of struggling financially, thanks to donations from community groups such as the Rotary Club, the Cumberland YMCA operation is going strong this summer. CEO Don Enterline reports that the old facility on Baltimore Avenue, now known as the Downtown Gilchrist Center is continuing to serve those in the community who need temporary shelter or other assistance….
