During a stop in Cumberland Tuesday, Maryland Sixth District Congressman John Delaney was asked for his take on the riots in Baltimore- and specifically how the crisis was handled by the Mayor and City Council there. Delaney, a second term democrat, tells WCBC News that now is not the time for criticism- but there will be a time when some questions about the response need to be addressed:
