Maryland Sixth District Congressman John Delaney didn’t mince words this week when discussing the state’s difficulties in rolling out healh care reform- and suggested the O’Malley administration has not fully accepted responsibility for its failures. Delaney, meeting with local business representatives at the Allegany County Chamber of Commerce, said the federal exchange overcame some initial challenges and is now working well- while Maryland’s attempts have been colossal failures on every level:
