Delegate Escapes Injury In Rear End Collision

October 23rd, 2018 by WCBC Radio

District 1A Delegate Wendell Beitzel escaped injury in a vehicle accident that occurred while he was on his way to the WCBC Candidate Forum at Allegany College of Maryland late Monday afternoon.

Beitzel was driving eastbound on Interstate 68 near LaVale when he was rear ended by a truck during the 5:00 PM hour.  He called 1B Delegate Jason Buckel for a ride to the forum, and Buckel took the above photos.

Both legislators made it to the forum at 5:53 PM, which allowed the event to proceed without delay.

Following the forum, District 1 State Senator George Edwards drove Beitzel to Maryland State Police to make a statement to officers.

This needs to be investigated as another hate crime by the rabid Democrats. The license plate clearly made him a target for the crazies.
