The Allegany County Commissioners met last week with organizers from DelFest to outline some of the improvements planned for the fairgrounds that should benefit the annual blue grass festival. DelFest, the annual Memorial Day weekend blue grass festival headlined by the legendary Del McCoury, has established itself as one of the premier musical festivals found anywhere in the U.S. Crowds have increased each year since the initial event back in 2008- and the local fairgrounds serves as the setting.
