Hogan criticized for “non position” on Trump

After the field of GOP presidential candidates cleared the way for Donald Trump to secure the party's nomination, a Democratic group is singling out Maryland Governor Larry Hogan and other Republican governors for their silence on Trump. A new webpage launched by the Democratic Governors Association calls out "The Silent 9," or nine Republican governors who have not stated whether they would support Trump's bid for the presidency.  While on several occasions Hogan has said he won’t campaign for Trump and didn’t view him as a strong candidate- he passed on the opportunity during last month’s Maryland primary to endorse either Ted Cruz or John Kasich over Trump.
