After general cooperation and bi partisanship during the balk of the 2015 session of the Maryland General Assembly- a number of proposed budget changes in the final four days of the session saw Maryland's Democratic-led Legislature fighting with Republican Governor Larry Hogan down to the wire. Lawmakers approved scaled-back versions of some of Hogan’s priorities Monday night as the state's 90-day legislative session ended, but Democrats battled with Hogan over the state's $40 billion budget. Although not getting everything on his wish list, Governor Hogan called the session a win for Marylander’s and a push toward fiscal responsibility….
