Senate Democratic Leader Chuck Schumer has announced that Democrats will force a second vote to try to terminate the "national emergency" President Donald Trump declared in order to get funding for his southern border wall. Trump’s plan to divert funds that had been targeted for military projects to a proposed border wall will have a major impact on Maryland where three military projects in the state will be deferred. Congressman Anthony Brown chided the president for misleading Americans during his campaign where he repeatedly claimed Mexico would pay for the contruction of a border wall..
