Demonstrators In Maryland Don’t Want Acting AG To Supervise Russia Probe

November 9th, 2018 by WCBC Radio

Demonstrators gathered Thursday evening in downtown Baltimore to call for the protection of the special counsel's investigation of Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election after the resignation of U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions, who stepped aside at the request of the president.

WBAL reports rallies are being held across the country, according to a website linked to the protests. Some gathered outside Baltimore City Hall holding signs saying President Donald Trump is not above the law.

The Nobody is Above the Law Network, which is behind the rallies, wants Acting Attorney General Matt Whitaker to immediately commit to not assume supervision of special counsel Robert Mueller's investigation.

They should have nothing to worry about. Time people take back this country and the congress is a lost cause as they are too busy complaining about how Saudi Arabia deals with their threats and the house wants to abolish private property and investigate trump
