The tenth annual DelFest is in the books and by all accounts it was a hugh success with record crowds. Negotiations are continuing on a new long term contract between DelFest representatives and Allegany County- and although nothing has been finalized, both sides are confident a deal will get done in the near future. County Commissioner Bill Valentine has been one of the biggest supporters or the festival from day one. He tells WCBC News that a new contract could lead to some exciting changes for future events…
