The decision over what to do about West Side bridges over CSX rail is probably at least a few months down the line, but the problem has been brewing for the past 150 years. This is Cumberland engineer John DiFonzo.:
DiFonzo told WCBC News that although rated to be able to carry more at the present time, other issues could cause a closure of the bridge over Cumberland Street.
