On 3/21/16 at approx. 2201hrs, Officers were dispatched to a Columbia Avenue residence for a disturbance. Upon the arrival of officers they were meant by numerous subjects involved. One of the subjects exited the home and began to yell at both officers and the other subjects who were still inside residence. Officers instructed the subject to calm down and lower his voice. The subject continued to yell and officers moved the subject in an attempt to separate the subject from the others involved in the disturbance. The male subject again began to yell and continued to cause a neighborhood disturbance. After numerous attempts to defuse the situation without success Nicky Lee Linn was taken into custody. Linn was later transported to Police Headquarters for processing. Linn was later released pending trial in District Court. Nicky Lee Linn, age 50 of Cumberland, MD Charge: Disorderly Conduct
