September 9th, 2018 by WCBC Radio

Doppler Radar Precipitation Estimates generated by the National Weather Service indicate the heaviest rain this morning has fallen in the Route 220 corridor.

Although not official measurements, the graphic shows some areas of pink, which indicates an estimate of 5 or more inches, falling in the valley between Bowling Green and Westernport.

The screen capture shown above was taken at 8:30 AM Sunday.

Flood warnings for Allegany, Garrett, Mineral and Hampshire Counties are in effect.
