Downed power lines as a result of being struck by a falling tree has led to power outtages and has forced the termporary closure of state route 135 between Westernport and McCoole. The downed lines are in the area of the McDonalds Restaurant in Westernport and teh first calls came in just after 11 am. Police and fire units as well as crews from Potomac Edison are on the scene.
