Eddie Thomas Jr. and Eddie Thomas Sr. of Western Maryland Signs, Frostburg, on Friday installed the time and temperature clock at BB&T Bank on the downtown mall in Cumberland. The clock had been removed when the former Susquehanna Bank was acquired by BB&T- however that led to a number of complaints from local residents who viewed the clock as a convenience when shopping downtown.
