Its New Year's Eve and once again WCBC will broadcast the downtown Ball Drop live beginning at 10 PM. Presented by Cumberland Mayor and City Council and the Downtown Development Commission. With a live feed of Times Square and our very own Ball Drop, Downtown Cumberland is the place to be on New Year's Eve. Balloons and a colorful fireworks display will ring in 2017.
