A parking sub-committee of the Downtown Development Commission had its first full fledged meeting recently- but it appears any progress toward implementing any real solutions may be slow to come to fruition. DDC member Doug Schwab reported that the first session was productive; however, with a parking consultant working with Captain Greg Leake with the City Police Department to study some of the perceived problems.
