On Friday, the Cumberland Police Department arrested David Bryon Wolford, age 46, Wiley Ford, WV on a Circuit Court bench warrant for failing to appear for a court date. While officers were conducting a search of Wolford they located a small amount of Marijuana in his front pants pocket. Wolford was transported to Police Headquarters for processing. Wolford was then issued a criminal citation for the possession of less than 10 grams of Marijuana and then taken to the Allegany County Detention Center where he was held without bond until his next appearance at Circuit Court.
