The Allegany County 911 Center dispatched rescue personnel to Interstate 68 eastbound in the area of Orleans Road at 9:15 a.m. today following a report of a tractortrailer accident. Initial reports indicated one person was entrapped in the
accident. A hazmat team also was dispatched because of a diesel spill. Further details as they are released.
