Emergeny management in Garrett and Allegany Counties has dispatched police, fire and EMS to a jackknifed tractor trailer on Interstate 68 near Finzel.
There is no word on injuries, and the eastbound lanes are completely blocked, leading to a traffic backup to near Grantsville.
The mishap occurred during the 11 AM hour Friday.
