The 43rd annual PACE Reception was held in Annapolis Thursday evening and WCBC Radio News spoke with State Senator George Edwards. A year ago Edwards had stated that this four year term would be his last. However, the veteran legislator hedged on the issue last night.
WCBC also spoke with Frostburg mayor Robert Flanigan. Three buildings were destroyed on Main Street in a Tuesday fire and Flanigan said some good news has come out in the last 24 hours.

Yeah, they always hedge on THEIR term limits. What a shock! But seriously I often disagree with State Senator Edwards but he does represent the area in a way that is consistent with their beliefs, right or wrong. I can’t argue with that point.
