A major topic of discussion at this year’s PACE Reception in Annapolis is the Footer Dye Works Building at Canal Place. Developer Michael Joy says he needs $1.5 million to repair and replace windows in the aging structure. State Senator George Edwards told WCBC Thursday night that he is hoping for state help on the matter.
