It's not unusual in politics for one administration to blame current problems on the previous administration- however former Maryland Governor Robert Ehrlich believes Governor Martin O’Malley is taking this practice to the extreme. The latest example came last week when O’Malley, a democrat, blamed his longtime republican rival for the fiscal crisis facing the Hilton Hotel in Baltimore.
