A proposed energy corridor for the region was one of the talking points at this year’s PACE Legislative Reception- and it’s a concept being embraced by the Greater Cumberland Committee. GCC executive director Brenda Smith said that the corridor would take advantage of the coal, natural gas, wind and water energy available in Western Maryland.
