Allegany County Board of Education candidate Lorelee Farrell spent much of her time at this week’s forum criticizing Superintendent David Cox and what she views as a fiscal crisis taking place under his watch. Farrell, a longtime board employee who retired earlier this year, has taken Cox to task for what she says is a lack of leadership, as well as mis managing the budget.
