Garrett County is dealing with a tragedy today, as 18-year old Charlie Frazee was killed early Sunday morning in a single vehicle crash in the Youghiogheny Mountain Resort. Sheriff’s deputies say Frazee lost control and struck a tree while travelling on Black Oak Drive in that rural area. Frazee graduated from Southern High School last year.
