Follow up to the fatal motor vehicle collision on 6/23/2017 at 6:40 pm westbound I 68 at the 1 mile marker: The driver of the 2012 Toyota Highlander who was deceased at the scene has been identified as 39 year old, Xiaosun Lu, from Cincinnati Ohio. The investigation is still on going.
