The future of the Footer Dye Works Building was part of the discussion in Annapolis Thursday night at the 37th annual PACE reception. Andy Vick, chairman of the Canal Place Board, told WCBC News that there is a mid February deadline for developers to respond with proposals for the building. Vick was encouraged that 19 different groups had requested information.
