Feral cats are a problem that area citizens have been complaining about for several years now- but apparently it has gone too far at a Mexico Farms neighborhood. A number of residents from that area addressed the Allegany County Commissioners with concerns about a man who resides on their street who houses as many as 20 to 30 cats at a time and allows them to roam freely. Three women described incidents where the cats were causing trouble for the neighbors as well as exposing their own pets and children to potentially dangerous situations. The man in question, who was not publicly identified, says they have been warned repeatedly but hasn’t addressed the issue…
