Roy Rogers closed its Queen City Drive restaurant of 45 years Saturday as it prepares to build a new restaurant at the site. The new restaurant will be larger and feature a drive-through window, company officials said. It's expected to open in July. Roy Rogers is owned by Frederick-based Plamondon Companies.
