Deputy Maryland State Fire Marshals have charged 22-year old Greg Bailey after determining he was the suspect responsible for intentionally damaging a charged water supply fire hose during active fire suppression operations at a CVS store in Baltimore on Monday. He was charged with: Obstructing Firefighting Operations, Malicious Destruction of Property and Reckless Endangerment.
