There are five candidates seeking two open seats on the Cumberland City Council in this fall’s election- and today WCBC News begins a series focusing on those candidates and some of the key issues for voters. The candidates are: Dave Caporale; Eugene Frazier; Joshua Greise; John Sangiovani; and Ben Wolters. With councilwoman Nicole Alt-Myers choosing not to seek another term, Caporale is the only incumbent in the race. Frazier, a retired CSX employee, tells WCBC News that he got into the race because he is concerned with the growing drug problem with the city’s young people; and because he wants to work toward bringing jobs to the area. On the controversial Rolling Mill development project, Frazier said he supports the concept- but doesn’t want to see citizens forced to sell their properties…
