On February 20, 2010, a joint investigation between the Cumberland City Police Department and the C3I Narcotics Unit led to the arrest of 5 individuals from the 200 Block of Fulton Street.  On this date, the Cumberland City Police Department responded to a Fulton Street address for a loud disturbance.  Upon speaking to the occupants of the residence, the officers noticed a strong odor of marijuana coming from inside.  The residence was secured and a search warrant for the residence was obtained by the C3I Narcotics Unit.  Recovered from the residence was a quantity of marijuana that would indicate an intent to distribute, scales, baggies and other related smoking devices and paraphernalia.  The occupants of the residence were charged as follows:

Brandon Lamont Fields, 19 YOA Male from Baltimore, Maryland, charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana and possession of marijuana.

Umbori Gonda Watson, 19 YOA Male from Baltimore, Maryland, charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana and possession of marijuana.

Deven Diallo Harris, 21 YOA Male from Cumberland, Maryland, charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana and possession of marijuana.

Jarmetrius Cordell Clark, 22 YOA Male from Washington, DC, charged with possession of marijuana and related paraphernalia.

Ryanita Chron Perry, 21 YOA Female from Washington, DC, charged with possession of marijuana and related paraphernalia.
