Fix To Prevent Further Rock Slides On Route 135 On Schedule

The latest word from the Maryland State Highway Administration is that the fix to prevent further rock slides on Route 135 between Westernport and Luke is proceeding on schedule.

The project, which involves a process called soil stapling, will cost about a half million dollars, and is said to be a permanent fix for that portion of the roadway.
