* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  WESTERN ALLEGANY COUNTY IN WESTERN MARYLAND...
  NORTHEASTERN MINERAL COUNTY IN EASTERN WEST VIRGINIA...

* UNTIL 930 PM EDT

* AT 626 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
VERY HEAVY RAIN CAPABLE OF PRODUCING FLASH FLOODING. AROUND 1 INCH
OF RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN AND ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 2
INCHES CAN BE EXPECTED.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT ARE AFFECTED BY THE HEAVY RAIN INCLUDE
  RIDGELEY...CUMBERLAND AND LA VALE.

NORTH BRANCH JENNINGS RUN...ASHCABIN RUN AND GEORGES CREEK.
