  VIRGINIA AND EASTERN WEST VIRGINIA...INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING
  AREAS...IN WESTERN MARYLAND...CENTRAL AND EASTERN ALLEGANY AND
  EXTREME WESTERN ALLEGANY. IN WESTERN VIRGINIA...EASTERN
  HIGHLAND AND WESTERN HIGHLAND. IN EASTERN WEST VIRGINIA...
  EASTERN GRANT...EASTERN MINERAL...EASTERN PENDLETON...
  HAMPSHIRE...HARDY...WESTERN GRANT...WESTERN MINERAL AND
  WESTERN PENDLETON.

* FROM MONDAY MORNING THROUGH TUESDAY MORNING

* SHOWERS AND SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED MONDAY THROUGH
  EARLY TUESDAY MORNING. RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL AVERAGE BETWEEN
  TWO AND THREE INCHES ACROSS THE AREA WITH LOCALLY HEAVIER
  AMOUNTS AROUND 4 INCHES POSSIBLE. RAINFALL RATES OVER ONE INCH
  PER HOUR ARE EXPECTED AT TIMES IN HEAVIER SHOWERS AND
  THUNDERSTORMS. THE BEST CHANCE FOR THE HEAVIEST RAIN WILL BE
  MONDAY AFTERNOON INTO MONDAY NIGHT.

* HEAVY RAIN FALLING IN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME MAY CAUSE CREEKS
  AND STREAMS TO QUICKLY RISE OUT OF THEIR BANKS AS WELL AS
  POTENTIAL FLASH FLOODING IN URBAN AREAS.

A FLASH FLOOD WATCH MEANS THAT CONDITIONS MAY DEVELOP THAT LEAD
TO FLASH FLOODING. FLASH FLOODING IS A VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION.

YOU SHOULD MONITOR LATER FORECASTS AND BE PREPARED TO TAKE ACTION
SHOULD FLASH FLOOD WARNINGS BE ISSUED.
