Following dismissal, former MD Governor’s Office employee to hold press conference

August 31st, 2020 by WCBC Radio

The Maryland state official fired on Saturday for expressing support for a suspected Kenosha, Wisconsin, shooter is speaking out against his dismissal.

Arthur Love IV was dismissed after he posted comments and pictures of 17-year-old Kyle Rittenhouse, the Illinois teen charged with murder in the shooting of two protesters during a riot in Kenosha.

Love had served as deputy director in the Governor's Office of Community Initiatives, which oversees the Commission on African American History and Culture.

He is planning to hold a news conference in Baltimore on Monday afternoon.

In a statement, a family friend said Love is "exploring all options" to contest his firing and had faced harassment and threats.

Hogan is a Nazi Dan? The 17 year old shot 3 people in Wisconsin murdering 2, then walked right by police with his hands up carrying his illegal AR15 and was ignored. Are you capable of even imagining what would have happened to him if he were a black man? For whatever reason he was possessed to do this, one thing is for sure – his young life is completely in shambles.

Kyle Rittenhouse faces charges of first-degree intentional homicide, one count of first-degree reckless homicide, one count of attempted first-degree intentional homicide and two counts of first-degree reckless endangerment. He would face a mandatory life sentence if convicted of first-degree intentional homicide, the most serious crime in Wisconsin.

I think free speech really is being threatened and even suppressed. I am curious in this case though if Mr. Love was making these social media posts on work time and work computers. I’ve not seen that information anywhere.

Just because the man is a mental defective doesn’t mean he cannot has his own opinion, no matter how repugnant it is.
If he was posting his ridiculous thoughts while on company time that is another matter.

Normally I’d go for the ‘free speech’ line, but if he serves at the will of a superior, that’s how it goes. Same in private business. Besides, ANYONE who sings the praises of a MURDERER isn’t fit for ANY public office, PERIOD.

And I love how the ‘law & order’ crowd completely ignores how this sick punk was breaking gun laws and a POLICE curfew. But they think only non-whites have to obey ALL laws or face immediate execution!! God save us from these very sick and hate filled Trumpers!!!

You all forget one little thing, Rittenhouse was under attack by these thugs one who fired a handgun & another smacking him in the head with a skateboard while on the ground! I would call it JUSTIFIABLE homicide at best!

      > They may not have forgotten anything if they didn’t know to begin with. Some people get all their news from one or two sources. When they do that, they don’t get all the news.

Rittenhouse will go to prison. He traveled to Kenosha from another state with an illegal firearm and murdered 2 people. If he were black the police would have shot him on the spot.

      > Except you LIE by omission. They were trying to apprehend the punk AFTER he murdered the first victim. The second two to be shot were HEROES trying to ENFORCE THE LAW!! But nice try, morons
