Foote attorney downplays “witness intimidation” concerns

In response to the claims and advisement against witness intimidation in the Wayne Foote case, Attorney George V. Mac McKinley called into WCBC Radio this morning and discussed the severity of those claims, as well as how inrealistic intimidation is in this case given the witness list:

McKinley added that this was nothing more than an early attempt to shift the case in the favor of the school board by moving the case out of the area by raising questions on the possibility of witness tampering:

    anybody that does any kind of witness tampering should be criminaly charged,,regardless if this is a civil case or not….
