Mr. Wayne Foote called the Dave Norman Show Friday morning to apologize and extend an explanation regarding his absence from the Allegany County Commissioners Meeting on Thursday evening. Two County Commissioners signed a letter to the state of Maryland increasing the County's committment to the construction of the new Allegany High School.
Mr. Foote explained he was not aware members of the Board of Education planned to attend the meeting.
